1. Overview

These terms govern the sale of handmade micro-macramé jewelry offered by Boho Créations, an artisan business based in Sorel-Tracy, Québec.

2. Products

Each piece is carefully handcrafted. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of the products.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars, taxes included (CAD, all taxes included). Boho Créations reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

4. Taxes

Currently, no sales tax (GST/QST) is applied. This policy is subject to change depending on the company’s tax status.

5. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer. Boho Créations reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a payment issue or a prior dispute.

6. Payment

Payments are secure and can be made by credit card or other methods offered on the website.

7. Shipping

Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

• Processing time: 1 to 3 business days

• Delivery within Québec: 3 to 5 business days

• Delivery within Canada: 3 to 7 business days (depending on location)

• Tracking: A tracking number is provided upon shipment

• Free shipping: Available in Canada and local for orders over $75 

Boho Créations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Shipping is currently available within Canada only.

8. Shipping Methods

We ship our jewelry using various carriers (Purolator, ICS Courier, Canada Post, GLS, etc.) depending on the destination.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund. Photos of the package and damaged item may be requested to support the claim.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In case of a return, a store credit (gift card) will be issued, which can be used on all of our creations. No cash refunds are offered, except in the case of a proven defect. This policy is clearly displayed and accepted by the customer at the time of purchase.

11. Warranty

Our jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

If a product has a proven defect (excluding normal wear or misuse), the customer may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt.

Warranty exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by water, chemicals, impact, or improper handling

• Personalized or modified jewelry after purchase

Procedure:

In case of an issue, the customer must contact customer service at infosbohocreations@gmail.com with a photo of the item and a description of the defect. If the warranty applies, an exchange or refund will be offered as appropriate.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and texts on the website are the exclusive property of Boho Créations and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.

13. Personal Data

Collected data is used solely for order processing and is never sold. In accordance with the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Québec), customers may request access to, correction, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting infosbohocreations@gmail.com.
